Well since willz started to post some things here, so will i

I have this potential project: a really sleek, minimal skin.
I've always made my skins as minimal as i could, because i don't like bloatware and SimpliCity would be just like that



This is a concept of what i am thinking of trying out. It's a raw concept based on the layout of EV0, but that's just a way to start this. I am a little sceptical about the orb, not sure whether to use this layout but i got a clear image of how the contact list itself and the dashboard's background should look.

The main problem with this design would be the background of the dashboard, since the city would have to be a layer on top of the other background. Should be transparent and tile in width since stretching the skyline would look fugly This hasn't been done back when i was active, so i'm not sure whether anyone has ever done this or that it's even possible, but i sure hope so.

The icons you see are called Silk, they happen to be released under a CC license so that's good

So, any thoughts on this?

I say go for it. It is a pretty cool idea. If you need a hand you only need but ask

Well since i do plan on making this a plus! skin i might just as well add removal for about anything

Still need a better display picture container, but not sure on what to do with it.
And yes, there's not a single icon bigger than 16x16... less clutter.
